You can be sure of a very warm welcome to our lovely Library and Learning Resource Centre at any stage of your time at JOG School – and that relationship begins in Year 7 and carries right through to Year 11!

Of course we are all about books and the incredible benefits of reading, but we are about so much more besides. Our big, bright, airy space is very flexible, with magazines, computers, touch screens, BIG screen, cosy corners and soft seating. There are onscreen curriculum games as well as our wonderful interactive news base, The Day.

We have a fresh supply of new, relevant and exciting books as well as an Online Library of eBooks and eAudio that you can access from home, or via an App, courtesy of our membership of Hampshire School Library Service.

The Library is also a great place to come if you’re negotiating the information, pitfalls and rabbit warrens of the internet, need an answer to a burning question, want to catch up with homework, friends or just want to come in for some quiet time. It really is the place to be!
