Harry aiming high in Maths

Congratulations to Harry in Year 11. At the end of Term 4 Harry sat the Maclaurin Olympiad Maths Challenge and received the news last week he achieved a bronze. The challenge consists of six difficult, long answer mathematical questions, 60 marks in total. Achieving a bronze indicates Harry is among the best mathematicians in the country, specifically in the top 50-100 students nationally. We are incredibly proud of Harry’s dedication to Mathematics and his drive to continue to develop. Having spoken to Harry he is most excited about receiving an actual medal for this challenge! A superb role model for our younger students at JOG.
